Abigail L. Asadi

Abigail is a Colorado family law attorney committed to helping clients move forward with confidence and clarity. Since becoming licensed in Colorado in 2022, Abigail has concentrated her practice entirely on family law, representing clients in permanent orders, temporary orders, protection and restriction orders, allocation of parental responsibilities, post-decree modifications, and post-trial relief.

Abigail has called Colorado home for most of her life. She graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University and is a trained and certified facilitator through CSU’s Center for Public Deliberation-experience that shapes her communication-focused, solutions-oriented approach. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Abigail is certified Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professional and prioritizes collaborative resolutions and alternative dispute-resolution processes that keep families in control of their futures. When out-of-court resolution is not possible, she is a confident and strategic trial attorney who advocates firmly for her clients in the courtroom.
