Catherine, a founding shareholder, is an experienced litigator and negotiator who honed her skills as a prosecutor before moving into private-practice family law. While working in criminal prosecution and at-risk youths as a Deputy District Attorney, Catherine learned firsthand the importance of a healthy family dynamic. As a result, she works tirelessly to ensure that her cases are brought to a peaceful resolution, especially when children are involved.
Catherine is an advocate for litigation-curbing resolutions, in which both parties agree to settle amicably and forego courtroom intervention. However, with her extensive litigation experience she is equally comfortable advocating for her client in the courtroom.
